My dad, Anthony Woodring, was a cook there, and my mom, Sheila Horrocks, waitressed there so I was there all the time as a child. My papaw's aunt, Mrs. Howard, Ken Howard's grandmother, owned it.The picture of my papaw sitting down was taken at the Moo for a "Meet Your Neighbor" section of the News-Enterprise."
